can't efile new york since turbotax says need pdf attachments which i don't need

i can't efile new york. in interview i considered submitting it203f to allocate income but decided not to do it. on new york worksheet section 8 additional electronic pdf attachments i have selected it says /attachment/ it203fpdf. i can't eliminate these items from worksheet. i tried eliminating them, overriding them, and checking no to it203f in step by step. 

i'm guessing it's a progrram glitch.

made one call to help and they tried but didn't find a solution.

any idea's ???

I would suggest you delete the New York return and start it over. I know New York has a complicated return, but it shouldn't take more that a half hour to do it over.

i use the desktop version and file returns for several family members. is there a way to just delete the new york information for  this family member and then transfer the federal information i already input and start over? i tried to delete the new york worksheet but the program wouldn't allow me to.

You can go into FORMS mode and delete any offending worksheets. Beware, the program likes to hold information it feels is important. If you can get the forms to delete, close the return and save it. Let it sit a few minutes and then start again.

Windows delete is on the bottom of the forms area. Mac, delete is the actual delete button on keyboard.

i  tried the approach you suggested  on my windows computer and keep getting a message that "this form

cannot be deleted." the form is the new york info worksheet.
