Can i insert a pa use tax form into my state return?

I purchased items out of state and need a PA Use Form, where can I find it in my online tax return?

When you go through the PA interview in TurboTax, after you see most of the income screens, you will come to a screen with title "Untaxed Out-of-State Purchases". You will say YES here, and then you will be invited to enter your information on out-of-state purchases subject to the PA Use Tax.
