No, unfortunately, you cannot prepare your Puerto Rican tax return with TurboTax.

You cannot file Puerto Rico taxes using Turbo tax... (I guess that's would be like filing "State tax". You file that through Hacienda.

But yes, you can use Turbo Tax to file "Federal" even if you reside in PR.
