Can I cancel my Arkansas State return

It depends.

Did you already submit it for filing?  

If so, you will need to wait until it is either accepted or rejected.

If you have not filed yet, you can simply either go back into your state return to make changes or delete the state return if you no longer need to file it.

You can access your state income tax return by selecting State in the black panel on the left hand side of your screen when logged into TurboTax.

1. This will take you to a screen titled Let's get your state taxes done right.  Click continue on this screen.
2. You will see the following screen titled Status of your state returns. 
3. You can either select Delete to the right of the return you no longer need or select Edit if you need to make corrections before filing.
