California State Return still PENDING after 2 weeks

Filed via Turbo Tax Deluxe on 3/24.  Fed was accepted within hours, State return still in Pending status more than 2 weeks later  I open Turbo Tax and run updates, still shows Pending.  I see no errors, no new emails.  What action do I take next?  Is there a "live person" at Turbo Tax to investigate what is holding the return in PENDING?

Ended up having to clear Cache in browser - Miracle the status changed to ACCEPTED!
