Calculating State tax recapture amount on 529 withdrawals taken for non education expense.

I am considering taking a withdrawal from my OR 529 plan for non education expense. Does the 529 plan administrator calculate the amount that is subject to recapture and report it on the 1099Q ? If not how will the amount subject to recapture be determined or calculated? Turbotax asks for an amount? I have contributed over numerous years and had varying amounts year to year that qualified for state tax deduction.
