CA LLC 568 filing rejected

I filed my CA state return (form 540) & LLC return (form 568) on Monday, 4/11. I received an email from TurboTax later that day saying the 568 was rejected. I've found the issue with the 568 and corrected it. The instructions in the rejection email said I need to print the corrected return and mail it in.

I've received no notification on the status of the 540. When I get into TurboTax it says the CA return is still pending. Will I ever get a status on the 540 portion of the return to make sure that part did go thru, or telling me I need to mail that portion in instead?

By the way, I'm disappointed TurboTax didn't catch the issue with the 568 prior to efiling, so I could have corrected it prior to getting rejected.
