Berkheimer is looking for local income tax. However, I filed my state income taxes through the PA state webiste. Are these different or am I to file berkheimer too? Thanks.

Berkheimer is an authorized collection agent for PA local earned income taxes.  The local tax reporting is completely separate from the PA state income tax reporting.  And yes, you need to file a local earned income tax return each year.
