I am a resident of Arizona, but I work remotely out of NY, I am filing a AZ resident and a NY non resident returns. After inputting all of the info, it shows I owe Arizona money. Why? I did not generate any income in Arizona.

As an Arizona Resident, you report all your income to Arizona (and are taxed there).
If you paid taxes in another state, Arizona gives you credit for that amount in your Arizona return.

Thanks for the reply, but I am entering all info correctly and Arizona is not crediting me.
Here's a link to info about Form 309, Arizona Credit for Income Tax Paid to Another State.
Prepare your Non-Resident New York return first, then Arizona Resident.
If the issue doesn't resolve, try Deleting Arizona and going back into your Federal Return, Wages & Income section, and deleting/re-entering your W-2
Then go to prepare Arizona and see if the issue resolves. The Credit for Tax Paid to Another State is part of the program and should show up for you.
After looking things over, is this why I am not being credited. I only received one W2 with New York taking taxes out. I have no W2 for Arizona taking any taxes out. My earnings were never officially taxed by Arizona. Is there a way to get around this?
Are you saying that you did not get a form 309? Or that you did not have an amount on form 301, line 4?
Did you follow Marilyn's instructions to do New York first, then Arizona?
If you do not see the New York tax on the forms, then go into the Arizona interview. Proceed to the screen with the title "Taxes Paid to Another State or Country".
Answer Yes.
Continue through the interview, answering the questions. Note that you will have to list the items taxed by both states.
When you have finished the state interview, go back and look for forms 309 and 301.
