Arizona form 322 bug

When doing the final check for Arizona State tax, it reports an error on form 322 (Credit for Contributions Made or Fees Paid to Public Schools).

On box A it will not let me leave 2021 Date MM/DD blank as I made 100% of my contribution in 2022 and put the information in 2022 amount and 2022 Date mm/dd.

I had the same issue as you but opposite. I donated in 2021 and not 2022. Form required a date for 2022. I went back to the state portion and instead of entering "0" for 2022 donation, I left it blank. Form accepted the entry and did not ask for a date. 

Do not put 0 into the contribution field, just leave it blank.
