Arizona Form 140PY - Federal column

Why is line 25 on Arizona Form 140PY (Federal Adjusted Gross Income) not the same amount as Federal Form 1040 line 11?  (Line 25 of 140PY is the same as Line 9 on 1040.)  Line 24 on AZ 140PY shows $0 in the federal column but shouldn't this match the amount on federal 1040, line 10c?

You answered one of your own questions. Line 25 of Arizona Form 140PY should be the same as Form 1040 line 11 adjusted gross it.

It does not match because the adjustments on Form 1040 line 10c are not carrying over onto your AZ Form 140PY. The federal amount should carry over automatically to your Arizona return.

Check what amounts from Form 1040 Schedule 1, Part II, lines 10-21 are not carrying over onto Arizona. Without seeing your tax information, I can't tell you why the adjustments are not carrying over.
