Do I need to submit a wet signature with my Pennsylvania state taxes?

Are you mailing it? If you are mailing it then you sign it where it says "Please sign after printing". If you are e-filing then it is not possible to submit a "wet" signature on an e-filed return. Your signature is electronic.
