Ammend State taxes

I am retired military 65 years old and I didn't include the authorized subtraction of $15,000 from my Maryland state taxes on the form 502 when filing. Not sure if I can amend via turbo tax or do I have to work directly with MD State Tax office?

Did you use TT to do the original MD state return?
