Accessing installed PA state program

After completing Federal taxes the program tries to move to State tax section. Here it says that PA is already installed but it won't access the PA program?

It looks like you are using the TurboTax Desktop for Mac version. I suggest you try removing the State and reinstalling/downloading. To remove the state:

In the very upper menu next to the apple and TurboTax...FILE
Remove * State Data
Are you sure you want to remove it? Remove
