You need to file your unemployment income on your California return. If there was Illinois state income tax withholding, you will want to file a non-resident IL return to have the withholding refunded.

Received an EDA-131 from Illinois. Apparently didn't send my 2018 form in. Worked fast food and made minimum wage. Don't understand how I apparently owe so much money??
