2023 California e-File Rejected - "Your Federal Return does not match the latest published IRS Schema or is not well formed"

2023 California e-File rejected - "Your Federal Return does not match the latest published IRS Schema or is not well formed". I don't think there is anything I can do to fix this, other than print and mail my return.  How do I make TurboTax aware of this error so they can look into it?  I can't be the only one.

I will add that the error code is: X0000-020

I didn't change anything but resubmitted the State to see what would happen and it was accepted right away. 👍
