I'm trying to find my state tax returns for a bankruptcy. I am on the Intuit website in my account but I only see 2021. I know I am in the right account because I have the emails confirming when I filed and when they were accepted. I don't see anything from when I filed in March this year though. I need to get to my state returns ASAP because otherwise my filing will be delayed because I will have to obtain them via mail from my state Department of Revenue.

If you completed and filed a 2022 tax return using the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2022 then your 2022 tax returns will be available to download as a PDF.
If you do not see tax year 2022 available under Your tax returns & documents then you are not signing onto the TurboTax online account with the same User ID you used to create the 2022 online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2022 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
Unfortunately this did not do anything for me. I'm still getting the same results as before. I have not had any other email addresses or phone numbers since 2021, and I know the information I am using is correct because, like I said, I still have the emails confirming when I filed and when my filings were accepted and I'm using the same email. All I see are the 2021 returns, nothing for my 2022 return that I filed for in March.
