2019 part year resident of AL then MD. TTAX has one state 'free', i paid for the extra state, as recommended. then TTax said they cant do alabama nr. do i get rfund?

TTax recommend i pay for an additional state, since i was a partial resident.  once i completed the transaction, it advised that Alabama NR was something they dont cover and to seek a professional accountant  do i get a refund for the additional state fee i paid for?
