PA State Download

I am trying to download and pay for PA Forms.  I keep getting a reject message after I enter my address info.  It will not even get me to the credit card page.

    Which version of TurboTax are you using? Where are you getting the error message? What exactly does it say?

    2021 Turbo Tax Premier for iMAC

     
    I received one free state download
    When I requested the second state, it took me to the order process.
    It confirmed the state (PA) and the $40 cost.  Next step is billing address
    It asks me to sign in to Intuit
    It presents my billing address info, and asks to confirm which one
     
    I expect to go to Payment Info, but I get:
    “Hmm….it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag”
    “Please try again or check back in a bit”
    There is a “Try Again” button - but no luck with that
     
    Then it points me to a turbo tax support link - no luck

    If you have TurboTax CD/Download, please check for updates within the program.
