I was billed 60.00 for the deluxes then change 50.00 for State when the delaxes has the state tax included. Over charging customers does not get them to return the next year. If a refund for the state portion is not credited to my card, I will contact BBB.

Sounds like you used the Online version.  State is a separate charge in Online.  Only the Desktop CD/Download program includes one free state program download.

See Online prices.  Click on State Additional on Deluxe and above

I was charged $50.00 to file California State taxes without being notified.  I agreed with the $60.00 charge when I logged onto Turbo Tax. Even after being told it was free.
This is very unethical as this is taken from a 92 year old man. Please reimburse.

I filed one state return on February 26 and TT charged me $20.  Then i filed a second state return on March 6 and TT charged me $25 - without disclosing any reasons for overcharge.  I have tried desperately to file a claim but the TT system only deals with original purchases of TT - not overcharges on state filings.  TT should have disclosed any imminent price increase.  I have copies of all receipts - but how do i get the $5 refunded by TT/?
