If you were self-employed last tax year, it will carry forward to this year. To delete this, you would have to delete Schedule C (if you reported income that was not on a 1099-NEC) or delete the 1099-NEC form carried forward.

As xmasbaby0 stated, if you are trying to downgrade from the self-employed version, then you can do so as long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered your product.
