Purchasing another State

I have moved and have filled out the return for my current state and need to purchase my previous state return. I keep getting a "Hmm...it looks like we've hit a slight snag" message. What do I need to do to get the additional state return?

Filled out the 1099 for my contractors. Said no to 1099 MISC and it prompts me to fill it out. Double checked entries and they all appear correct. How do I get past 1099 MISC?
