With the government now saying federal taxes can be paid in July, what does that mean if I signed up for automatic withdrawal on April 15th. Can that be changed after Taxes are Accepted?

This has only been announced this morning. We have to wait a few days to have detailed instructions from the IRS on the application of this measure.

Your best bet it to pay the tax and be done with it. By July you'll have spent the money.
