Will I have to pay my ACA subsidy back since I liquidated my Roth IRA in 2017? It puts me over the limit for subsidy.

I was using ACA medical insurance for 6 months in 2017 - then I turned 65 and got on Medicare.  I liquidated a Roth IRA in 2017 and the amount might put me over the subsidy limit.  Will I have to pay back all of the subsidy?

Withdrawing from a Roth IRA after age 59.5 is not taxable, and does not affect your income for purposes of the ACA Premium Tax Credit ("subsidy").  So that should have no effect on repaying the Advance credit that you received.
