Why is Turbo tax notprinting my forms clearly

TurboTax does not actually print your tax forms. TurboTax creates a PDF. Your PDF viewer and the printer software on your computer do the actual printing.

Are the forms clear when you view the PDF on the screen? If so, the problem is not in TurboTax.

What are you using to open the PDF? Try Adobe Acrobat Reader if that's not what you're using.

We had an HVAC unit put into service during 2025 with a SEER2 rating of 14.3-17.1 and cost of $14980. Turbo Tax said that we don't qualify. Why?
