Why does TurboTax require annuity information for 401k RMD?

I am unable to complete the 401k RMD section because TurboTax keeps asking for annuity information.  Annuity information should not apply here.  I didn't have this problem last year with TurboTax.  Is there a software glitch?

If your 401(k) distributions are not in the form of an annuity, make sure to answer No when asked if you received periodic distributions.  "Periodic distributions" are distributions paid from an annuitized annuity.
