Why does the app keep asking me to enter a bank acct. # and date of opening for first time and second chance home buyers savings account. I have never had one.

What app are you using?    TurboTax doesn't ask that kind of information.

I arrived to this forum threw the turbo tax app. I think I will just go file my taxes elsewhere this is ridiculous.

This type of account is regulated by the state of Alabama to help you save up money for a down payment for a house.
