Why does T.T. think the Illinois Teachers Retirement monthly payments are RMDs?

T.T asks, "Was this withdrawal an RMD for 2018" on the page after it asks if it is a "qualified plan". This is confusing and does not make sense to me. It is a standard monthly retirement check. What should I answer?

Due to getting monthly answer "Yes" it is all RMD and continue, and "Yes" it is a qualified plan.

TurboTax has to be designed to answer 100's of different tax situations so while some questions, may seem off base to you, they make big differences to others.
