Why does it say on my form 2441 that my social security number is invalid? It says that the social security number cannot be the same as the primary taxpayer.

I even went back and put all of my son's information again and I'm still receiving this message.

On Form 2441, it is asking either for the EIN of the daycare or the social security number of the babysitter.

Right, and a parent cannot claim this credit for babysitting their own child.
