Why does csa 1099r have none on tax withheld line?

Not all retirement payments require tax to be withheld, especially if the income is tax free. Do you recall federal income tax being withheld from your distributions? If so, you might want to contact the plan administrator to see if a corrected CSA 1099-R will be issued.
