Why can not I enter $0.03 in Box 1 as per my 1099-R form?

I have received two 1099-R forms, first one for the roll over IRA for a sizable amount and second one for small interest amount of $0.03 (after I already rolled over the first amount). I was trying to enter these two 1099-R forms. I was able to enter the first form information without any issue. However it would not let me enter the second form because of $0.03 in Box 1 and 2a. What should I do?

Omit this Form 1099-R.  Doing so will make no difference in your filed tax return than if TurboTax permitted you to include it.
