Where do I specify medicare tax and social security taxes I paid?

Those are on your W-2 when you enter it. Box 4 shows Social Security withheld; Box 6 shows Medicare withheld. If you were self-employed you paid self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare. Not quite sure what you are asking.
