If you took money out of a retirement account you should have a 1099R.
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
Yes, you enter your 1099-R RMD withdrawals in the Wages & Income section of TurboTax. Scroll down to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R). After you enter your 1099-R form(s), you'll be asked about your RMD in the onscreen interview that follows.
