Where do I enter the amount of my systematic withdrawal from my annuity account?

Have you received an IRS form 1099-R that reports the income?  When you receive the form follow these steps.

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
• At the screen Your income and expenses, scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security.
• Click Show More to the right.
• Click Start / Revisit  to the right of IRA, 401(K), Pension plan withdrawals (1099-R).
• At the screen Did you receive a 1099-R forms?, click Yes.
