Have you received an IRS form 1099-R that reports the income? When you receive the form follow these steps.
- Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
- At the screen Your income and expenses, scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security.
- Click Show More to the right.
- Click Start / Revisit to the right of IRA, 401(K), Pension plan withdrawals (1099-R).
- At the screen Did you receive a 1099-R forms?, click Yes.
