Where can we enter Medicare Part B premiums deducted from benefits shown in Form SSA-1099?

I am entering the data shown in Form SSA-1099. "Medicare Part B premiums deducted from your (actually my)  benefits" cannot be entered in Wages & Income > Retirement Plans and  Social Security > "Social Security benefits (Form SSA-1099)"section of Turbotax. In the field for this, $0 is shown, and it cannot be changed. When I click "Learn more", the following message is displayed.

"What about Medicare B and Medicare D premiums deducted from your benefit?

If you are self-employed, do not enter your Medicare B or Medicare D premiums here. Medicare B and Medicare D premiums are deductible as self-employed health insurance and can be entered in the business section of your return."

I and mywife are retired, and most of our incomes are pensions.  We are not self employed and do not have any bussiness income.  Where should we enter "Medicare B premiums deducted"?
