Where can i enter my wash sale amount from 1099-B box 1g. There is no option for me to enter this information.

A wash sale that has not yet been completely closed will not be entered.

The sale will be postponed until the subsequent stock purchase has been closed.

The wash sale rule prohibits taxpayers from claiming a loss on the sale of a stock or securities if, 

• within the 30 days before and the 31 days after will have the loss carried to reduce the cost basis of the newly purchased stock.

look for the followup question or pulldown "I have a wash sale", or "I have other issues with this sale"
