When will TurboTax have the information back from the IRS to support taking a disaster distribution from an IRA due to COVID in 2020?

I marked the box that the funds were withdrawn due to COVID and then it says there are a few more questions. When I hit continue it says I will need to revisit this area because the IRS instructions weren't ready in time for this release. When will they be ready?

At this point, there is no estimate of when the form 8915-E will be available from the IRS.
