when i try to access the social security benefits form SSA-1099-SM nothing happens except for a moment of circling arrow. What could stop me from accessing this form?

I tried to get to the form both in Forms view and Step-by-step.

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, in FORMS mode, on the top left, click on Open Form.

In the Search bar, start typing Social Security and you'll see the Social Security Benefits Worksheet.

Click on this to display the form, and you'll be able to make entries directly on it.
