When entering IRA or Roth IRA contributions does this include everything that was taken out normally from my paycheck? If so, is this already covered by my W2?

It is asking my Total Traditional IRA contributions and How much of the above total contribution for 2020 was contributed between January 1 2021 and April 15 2021

IRA contributions are not taken from a paycheck.  If reported in box 12 on your W-2 then  it does not get entered anywhere else.

No, you do not include contributions to your work retirement account (as shown on your W-2) in the IRA contribution section under Deduction & Credits. TurboTax is only asking about contribution to traditional IRA and Roth IRA.
