What should I put for my address on sch C/ or should I leave it blank? I have P.O. box, no mail delivered to my new home. I am retired but worked 2 months in 2018.

If the IRS has a question about your return, they will contact you at the address you entered on the 1040.

You can put in the P.O. box if that's what you prefer.  Click Edit in "General Info" on the "Here's your [XX] info screen", and then click Edit under Business Address, you can mark the Yes button on the screen:  "Do you use your home address for your Pet care services work?"  This will save you some time entering the P.O. box.

The Schedule C instructions specifically say to not use a P.O. Box, so I don't understand why you say I can put it in. Maybe I am being dense!

The IRS prefers a street address.   Leave the address blank.  The instructions state:  "If you conducted the business from your home located at the address shown on Form 1040, page 1, you do not have to complete this line."  If the IRS needs to contact you, they will send you a letter to the P.O. Box.

Business was conducted at a different address altogether. My husband is a golf professional and taught golf at a golf course, but last year's 1040 and Schedule C had our home address, done by a tax professional.
