What do I need to do if my company did not take out my simple IRA contributions from my gross income?(I personally added up all my weekly stubs)

If I understand correctly: You made regular paycheck contributions to a SIMPLE IRA program that you Employer has. You double checked this by adding up your pay stubs.

On your W-2: Compare Box 1 to Box 3. Box 1 should be lower by at least the amount of your contributions. If this is not the case i suggest you contact your employer.

I have and they keep saying it is correct. I showed them my calculations I showed them that it's not different yet they keep brushing me off
