Try deleting the input on the zip code from your 1099-R and then re-entering it. There could be a stray character or extra space that is causing the error.
If that doesn't rectify the message, you can also delete the input for that 1099-R form and re-enter it again. This may resolve the error and allow you to file.

I tried re in putting the zip code but no luck , it also got me into Canadian income. I'm very disappointed in Turbo Tax.

If TurboTax rejected your Form 1099-R ZIP code, make sure it is correct and in the correct format. Make sure the city, state and zip code that you entered match the USPS records. (You can google this online).
Also delete your Form 1099-R and re-enter it. This often fixes issues with data fields.
