What about the checked boxes on my 1099R form?

If the checked boxes are not checked on my 1099R form, do I uncheck the box?

Yes. You mean the little checkbox between boxes 7&8? Then don’t check it. I think that’s the only checkboxes.

Oh could be the 2 boxes in 2b? Yes leave them blank or uncheck them if they are not checked.
