I assume that this is a retirement plan of which you were the participant, not an inherited plan. At age 75 you are certainly over the minimum retirement age for the plan. If you were under the minimum age retirement age for the plan, this disability distribution would be treated as wages instead of as a regular retirement distribution, but that's not the case here.
