Unemployment part of last year - had full withholding. PA only sent a letter, not correct form w/ numbered boxes. Tried to enter my UEC info

Scroll down to Unemployment and Paid Family Leave

Payer would be the state that paid

Address and Federal ID No, (EIN) should be on the letter

on the next screen enter the amount received

Check the box for Federal or state income tax was withheld

On the next screen enter any tax that was withheld
