Hi,
I contributed $6000 to traditional IRA in 2022 and used backdoor to convert $6004 to Roth IRA. I did the same thing in 2021. After I input that, TurboTax results in a different form 8606 from other software. Which one is correct?

You are comparing apples and oranges. The first one (freetaxUSA.png) indicates that a 2022 Roth conversion was entered while the second one (turbotax.png) indicates that no 2022 Roth conversion was entered.
so turbotax is wrong then? because I did enter 1099-R into turbotax, why is there no Roth conversion?
I followed both of the steps here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/retirement-benefits/enter-backdoor-roth-...
What am I missing? Is this a bug in Turbotax?
It would seem that you have entered the Form 1099-R into TurboTax incorrectly, perhaps by failing to mark the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box on TurboTax's 1099-R form.
