Are you trying to enter the SSA-1099, or a 1099-R?

Social Security benefits are reported on the SSA-1099. If you go to Wages & Income->Retirement Plans and Social Security, pick Social Security to enter this form.

I do not have a1099R from Social Security. I sent for one and received a 1099 in the mail. It does not have a Payer's TIN number nor address. Where can I find this?
