Turbo Tax Deluxe stuck in Popup msg loop

Turbo Tax Deluxe will not let me finish the 1099R section (under Retirement Plans). I saved the return last night before I closed the program. And now in Turbo Tax when I open the return a Popup message says,
I think you should finish updating where you left off

So I click OK and it keeps going in a loop, I cannot get past this Popup message.
Appears Turbo Tax has some problems this year. Anybody know how I can get out of this mess.  I'm thinking I need to just start a new return all over again. But it's gettihg near time to file and I don't know what's going on with this software?

Delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.

Well I already went into forms and tried deleting the data in the form but that did not work.

How do I delete the form itself from in View Forms?

Oops I found it at the bottom of page and I deleted the form.

Went back and tried and now I can get into it to redo the form.
