TT is disallowing my IRA contribution because of exceeding the Modified AGI limit while covered by a retirement plan. I am not covered only my spouse has one?

@katr , the contribution is not being disallowed.  It's the deduction for your traditional IRA contribution that is being disallowed due to your MAGI and your wife being covered by a workplace retirement plan.
